Refund Policy

1. Conditions & time frame

• You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items.
• Register your return via the returns portal on our website. There you’ll receive your return label. Pack the items carefully and send the parcel to the return address. Keep your tracking code safe.
• Returns are only accepted from customers within the EU. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns from outside the EU.

2. Return conditions

• Items must be returned unused, in original condition and with all original packaging, tags and labels.
• Certain products can’t be returned, for hygiene reasons or due to our policy:
  • Archive items and sale items
  • Swimwear, headwear and jewellery
  • Gift cards

3. Return costs & shipping

• Return shipping is paid by the customer.

4. Refunds & reduction in value

• Once your return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded within 14 business days via the original payment method.
• If the order was originally paid with a voucher, the amount will also be refunded as a voucher.
• If items are defective or dirty or show signs of use, a reduction in value of €12.50 to €15 may be charged, or the return may be refused.
  • You must report defective, dirty or damaged products within 7 days of delivery.

5. Additional information

• All products are checked by Francisbyfb before shipping.
• The buyer bears the shipping risk once the product is on its way.
• These return conditions ensure a fair and transparent process for all customers.
