Conditioning:
Apply a leather care spray before first use. Repeat every 3–6 months to keep the leather supple and prevent cracks.
Deep cleaning:
For dirt or stains, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap or alcohol-free cleaning wipes. Avoid harsh cleaning products and never soak your bag in water.
Waterproofing:
Use a water-repellent leather spray, especially if your bag is often exposed to bad weather.
Light-coloured leather:
needs extra care. Avoid contact with dark fabrics, especially denim, as the colour can transfer. This is a natural characteristic of genuine leather and can’t be completely prevented.

Well-made roomy bag I highly recommend
It's very pretty and quite spacious. Its overall design is excellent because you don't even need an organizer. At first, it was crumbling and had a strong leather smell, but over time the smell disappeared and it stopped crumbling. I've had it for three weeks and I think it's perfect for school, especially since I'm in high school. The handles seem very sturdy and it holds the weight well. I highly recommend it.

Sac très jolie, je l’adore, il est conforme à ceux que j’ai commandé. Seul point négatif, l’odeur qui est un peu trop forte et dernier point négatif, j’ai l’impression qu’il s’effrite un peu mais sinon je l’aime beaucoup.

I absolutely love the design of the bag! and it fits more stuff that it seems at first, it also goes with everything :) But the first time that i used the bag, i was wearing a white shirt and it stained it a little. There were like black bits too. I don’t know if it’s fixable or i just can’t wear white shirts any more haha! but it’s just a minor inconviniece :) Great quality bag!

I love the bag, it’s the perfect size, so spacious it fits everything I need, it’s so cute and functional I can’t wait to wear it out! And the customer service is unmatched. I never write reviews but I’m honestly shocked, they sent a cute little croissant to hang on the bag, and aftercare card, and as I was putting my things inside I realised they put 3 hair ties in the small pocket!! So thoughtful I’m impressed.

I really like the bag – it is beautiful, well made, and the leather is of very good quality. You can tell it’s a premium product, and I am very satisfied with the purchase from this point of view. However, when I received the package, I was informed that I would receive a €50 voucher, but up to this moment I have not received the voucher code or any further information about it. I hope this situation will be clarified, because the product itself is excellent.
