This bag is truly amazing. It is incredibly spacious. I wholeheartedly recommend it for both everyday use and school.
Nou ik wil gewoon dat mijn 2 ritsen blijven zitten
First of all, the order arrived in a thin plastic bag rather than in the Francis box shown in your advertising videos. The package was simply thrown over the fence onto concrete. The bag inside was not protected in any way — it was covered only by two very thin layers of plastic packaging. Secondly, the colour of the bag is completely different from the colour shown on your website. We ordered Vanilla Pink, which appears as a light, delicate pink in your pictures. In reality, the bag is a much darker, dirty-looking pink and looks nothing like the colour advertised on your website. My 14-year-old daughter spent €95 of her own money on this bag because she wanted to take it to school and enjoy its aesthetic and appearance. Unfortunately, the actual product does not correspond to the pictures shown on your website. The stitching is a separate issue altogether. The workmanship is extremely untidy. In several places, the seams appear to have been sewn over twice, with loose threads sticking out. The pocket is also sewn on crooked, which is clearly visible and makes the bag look poorly finished. Furthermore, the bag has a very unpleasant, strong smell, which is quite concerning for a new product and makes it unpleasant to use. Is this really what is considered Italian quality? For a bag costing €95, we expected significantly better packaging, workmanship and, above all, a product that actually matches the images and description presented on your website. We are very disappointed with this purchase and would like to know how you intend to resolve this situation.

sooooool cute!! i really love the bag. It’s so beautiful, and the color is exactly what I was hoping for. The only thing is that I expected it to be a bit smaller, so I could use it more as an everyday bag. I also expected the leather to be smoother, but it has more of a distressed look than I thought. Other than that, I’m really happy with it.

No information during the ”ordering/ waiting the item to come” -process on when the item is about to come. Some delivery time estimate would have been useful information. Additionally, there were no answers to multiple contacting mails either. Finally all still good; the bag is really nice and good quality.

Hij past als school tas maar als je ook de organiser er bij koopt (wat ik heb gedaan) passen de school spullen er niet fijn meer in dus koop die niet als je hem als school tas wil gebruiken verder wel een mooie en goede tas
