Make water-repellent:
Use a water-repellent leather spray, especially if your bag is regularly exposed to bad weather.
Light colored leather:
deserves a little extra care.To keep your bag looking its best, avoid contact with dark fabrics especially denim as color transfer may occur. This is a natural characteristic of genuine leather and cannot be fully prevented.

Hello, I received my package around two weeks from now, and Iāve been wearing it nonstop. I really needed a bag that fits everything I need in a day and itās cute, making my outfits more elevated. The fact that sheās real leather is amazing and I adore the color, but the stitching on the bag is outrageously done, I donāt mean to offend, but my zipper is falling out, there are threads hanging off of everywhere, and really the zippers are very low quality. For the money we pay I understand that the real leather itās the main character here, but I really am disappointed with the work done on her, because I actually really like her and want to wear her for a long time, and I canāt really do that.

Amazing everyday bag! Itās so comfortable and fits a lot. My only complaint is the strong smell when I first opened it. I wish the package had included something to help with the odor, as it was quite intense and lingered for a couple of days. I also purchased the inner organizer, and I only have one small issue with it. I wish it didnāt use velcro, because it became a little misshapen during shipping. As a result, the velcro doesnāt stay in place very well when I adjust the organizer to fit the bag. Overall, despite these minor drawbacks, Iām really happy with my purchaseš©µš©µThe bag is practical, stylish, and comfortable for everyday use, and I would still recommend it to others looking for an everyday bag!!

If you live OUTSIDE the EU (like in the UK) DO NOT BUY!! The sales process is very easy, however, it is not clear when purchasing that IF you need to return the bag they make it as difficult as possible and it costs you!! I live in the UK, in the FAQ's it has a statement about outside EU may apply custom taxes and additional costs. Firstly, paying Ā£15 for delivery and it took over 19 days to arrive. I phoned Fedex twice to find out why the bag was stuck in a NL depot, this cost me Ā£62!!!! It arrived after I was leaving for holiday, so had no bag for holiday. Therefore, I wanted to return it. Firstly, I was stuck in an AI email bot loop for ages. Then I was given a returns portal with only Netherlands postal drop off options. Eventually getting through to customers services. I completed the UK customs forms. If you purchase an EU product and are returning it, there are NO customs or taxes as long as you complete the customs form. I did this and it cost me Ā£17 to return it. A few days later I got an email stating their warehouse had lost the customs paperwork (convieniant that, hey!!) and asked for my proof of postage. They were declaring they had paid customs taxes and this would come off my refund. I challenged this given I completed the right forms at the post office and paid a high postage cost. I have been fobbed off at every turn. There processes are NOT clear at checkout. I am suspicious about the lost paperwork. This has cost me almost Ā£100 in lost money, postal return charges and phone calls to international couriers and I have nothing but frustration to show for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
