Francis leather
We use premium leather, like cowhide and nappa leather, that’s soft, strong and timeless. Our nappa leather has a natural sheen and feels buttery soft. Keep it beautiful by protecting it from heat and moisture.
Care
Use a leather protect spray. Repeat every 3–6 months to keep the leather supple and stop it from drying out or cracking.
Deep cleaning
For dirt or stains, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap, or alcohol-free cleaning wipes. Don’t use harsh cleaning products and never let the leather soak in water.
Water-repellent
Use a water-repellent leather spray, especially if you often use your bag in bad weather.
Light leather
needs a little extra care. Keep your bag looking beautiful by avoiding contact with dark fabrics, especially denim, as the colour can transfer. This is a natural characteristic of genuine leather and can’t be completely prevented.
