1. Shipping time & pre-orders

  • Shipped in 2–4 days, unless otherwise stated. Pre-orders may have a longer shipping time.

2. Shipping Destinations & Costs

  • We ship worldwide, including the EU, Norway, Iceland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Australia, New Zealand, Africa, and Asia.Β 

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and exclude taxes and import duties for orders outside the EU. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.Β 

3. Delivery Times

  • Netherlands: Delivery within 1 business day after shipment.Β 

  • Europe: Delivery within 1–5 business days after shipment.Β 

  • International: Delivery within 3–7 business days after shipment.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a Track & Trace link to monitor your shipment.Β 

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel orders once placed. We hope to introduce an order cancellation window in the future.
