Exchanges
Want a different size or item? Simply place a new order and return your original item. We currently don't offer direct exchanges.
Return policy
- Returns within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection, via the original payment method
- Orders placed outside the EU cannot be returned
- Sale items and personalized products cannot be returned
- Items with visible wear, damage, or scent will not be accepted
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days at customerservice@francisbyfb.com, including your order number and a photo of the issue.
Returns from outside the EU may be subject to customs or import charges. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
