Conditioning:
Breng vóór gebruik een leerverzorgende spray aan. Herhaal dit elke 3–6 maanden om het leer soepel te houden en scheurtjes te voorkomen.
Dieptereiniging:
Bij vuil of vlekken gebruik je een licht vochtige doek met milde zeep of alcoholvrije reinigingsdoekjes. Vermijd agressieve schoonmaakmiddelen of weken in water.
Waterafstotend maken:
Gebruik een waterafstotende leer spray, vooral als je tas regelmatig wordt blootgesteld aan slecht weer.

deserves a little extra care.To keep your bag looking its best, avoid contact with dark fabrics especially denim as color transfer may occur. This is a natural characteristic of genuine leather and cannot be fully prevented.

Hi, Ik heb een probleempje met de tas die ik bij jullie heb gekocht. Vanaf het begin had ik het gevoel dat er iets miste, vooral qua opbergruimte voor sleutels etc. Nu besef ik dat ik nooit een rits heb gehad op het buitenste vak, terwijl dit juist een van de functies was waarvoor ik de tas kocht. Het stoort me enorm dat deze rits ontbreekt, omdat dit vak zonder rits simpelweg niet praktisch te openen is. Ik vraag me af wat jullie hierin kunnen betekenen om dit op te lossen, want verder is de tas wel fijn! Ik hoor graag van jullie. Met vriendelijke groet, Noa
Hele fijne tas alleen na 1 week is de rits van het voorvakje kapot gegaan uit het niets. Dat vind ik wel erg jammer voor de prijs. Maar los van dat echt hele fijne tas!

I love the bag so much! The color is really pretty. It has lots of space—all my books for school fit in and more. It's also not that heavy and pretty comfortable to carry around.
Just got this bag, and so far i love it. It came way earlier than expected (I live in Norway) so extremely happy about that. It does have a little smell, as I have seen other reviews talk about, but it’s defensively not bad, and I think it will disappear after a few uses. It’s also very spacious which is perfect for school. Can’t wait to use this bag tomorrow for school. Definitely recommend.

Ik ben er zo onwijs blij mee! Hij zou eigenlijk te laat binnenkomen voor wanneer school voor mij zou zijn begonnen (had niet door dat het presale was). Ik had naar ze gemaild toen ik het doorhad en vervolgens hadden ze geregeld dat hij ipv 1-4 september gewoon al 18 aug binnenkwam! Super fijn dat dit kon en dat de communicatie zo goed verliep. prachtige tas goede stof, als ik in de regen fiets zie ik daarna geen vlekken of iets!! mooie bruine kleur perfect voor de herfst die dr al aan zit te komen. Er past voor mij zo veel in echt comfortabel met mijn studie. Erg tevreden word zeker aangeraden!!!

Dear Frances Customer Service, I received my Espresso Brown shoulder bag about two weeks ago, and unfortunately the zipper has already broken. I noticed that the stitching around the zipper was not properly attached. When I tried to close the pocket, the zipper slider came off completely. I have attached a photo of the damage. Since this happened after only a short time and was not caused by misuse, I believe it is a manufacturing defect. Could you please help me with a replacement or another solution? De tas is erg mooi, ruim en praktisch, maar Ik heb de tas slechts drie dagen naar school gebruikt en nu is een deel al losgeraakt en is de rits helemaal losgekomen. Voor deze prijs vind ik dit absoluut niet acceptabel. Ik had veel betere kwaliteit verwacht.

Es ist sehr schön! Es hat sehr viel Qualität und ich werde es für Schule benutzen! Ich kann es kaum erwarten.
In de mail die ik kreeg stond dat de tas 4 weken duurde voordat die binnen kwam maar kreeg de tas binnen 1 week binnen heel fijn dat het zo snel was! In de tas past een laptop 5 schoolboeken lunch en etui. De kleur is ook echt geweldig ben heel blij mee!!
