What's covered
- Loose stitching under normal use
- Faulty zippers or closures
- Hardware issues without external cause
- Structural leather defects (production-related)
If your item qualifies, we offer repair, replacement, or a refund.
What's not covered
Natural wear & usage
- Scratches, wear on corners, handles or straps
- Changes in color or shine over time
Stains & discoloration
- From clothing (e.g. jeans), makeup, perfume, liquids
Damage
- Overloading, improper use, external impact
Material characteristics
- Natural changes in leather due to sunlight, heat, or time
Leather is a natural material and will evolve over time — this is part of its character.
For light-colored bags
Light leather is more sensitive to stains and color transfer. This is a known and natural characteristic and is not covered under warranty.
