You can easily arrange your return with us. You can register your return in our returns portal and then purchase a shipping label. We'll take care of the rest!

Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for a different size or product? Simply reorder on our website and return the original item. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer any other exchange services.
Returns – Terms and Conditions

Items can be delivered within 30 days be returned after receipt.

The item must be returned unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

Returns are at your own expense, unless it concerns an incorrect item or a manufacturing defect.

Once we have received and checked the return, we will refund the amount within 14 workdays using the same payment method you paid with.
- Orders placed outside the EU cannot be returned.
Exceptions

Sale items or items that have been specifically personalized cannot be returned.

Items showing visible signs of use or odors will not be accepted.
Damage reports & defective items
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If anything is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days contact our team via customer service@francisbyfb.com, stating your order number and a photo of the item/damage.
International returns
For orders outside the EU, additional customs or import duties may apply upon return. These are your responsibility.
