Exchanges

Want a different size or item? Simply place a new order and return your original item. We currently don't offer direct exchanges.

Return policy - EU Only

General conditions

Returns within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after inspection, via the original payment method
Orders placed outside the EU cannot be returned

Exceptions

Archive items and sale items cannot be returned
Items with visible wear, damage, or scent will not be accepted

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@francisbyfb.com, including your order number and a photo of the issue.
