Our bags and leather accessories are carefully designed, crafted, and tested. That's why we offer a warranty service on all our leather products, so you can enjoy your purchase with peace of mind.
Warranty & Repairs
Our leather bags are made of high-quality genuine leather and are designed for normal, everyday use. Because leather is a natural material, its appearance may change over time. This is not always covered by the warranty.
What is covered by the warranty?
We offer a guarantee on manufacturing and material defects, such as:
- Seams coming loose during normal use
- Defective zippers or closures during normal use
- Hardware that comes loose or breaks without any external cause
- Structural defects in the leather (e.g. cracks due to production error)
If a defect is covered by the warranty, we will provide the following free of charge:
- repair
- replacement, or
- refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)
What is not covered by the warranty
The following situations apply not under warranty and are considered usage or maintenance damage:
- Discoloration or color transfer from: dark or colored clothing (such as jeans, jackets, sweaters) color migration from other materials
- Stains caused by: make-up, perfume, hand cream, alcohol, food or drink, rain, moisture or other liquids
- Wear and tear from normal use, such as: scratches, gloss formation, discoloration of light bag wear on corners, handles or shoulder straps
- Damage caused by: overloading the bag, incorrect use or maintenance, external influences (impact, falling, friction)
- Changes in the leather due to sunlight, heat or time
- Bags that are visibly dirty, stained or heavily worn
* Be careful with light bags:
Light-colored leather bags are more susceptible to discoloration and staining. Dye transfer from clothing or everyday use is a known and normal risk of light-colored leather and is not covered by the warranty.

- Our team will assess your application within 1–5 business days.
- We'll let you know if it's covered by the warranty and discuss the best solution together: repair, replacement or a voucher.
