Our bags and leather accessories are carefully designed, crafted, and tested. That's why we offer a warranty service on all our leather products, so you can enjoy your purchase with peace of mind.

Warranty & Repairs

Our leather bags are made of high-quality genuine leather and intended for normal, daily use. Because leather is a natural material, its appearance can change over time. This is not always covered by the warranty.

What is covered by the warranty

We offer a warranty on manufacturing and material defects, such as:

  • Loose seams during normal use
  • Defective zippers or closures during normal use
  • Hardware that comes loose or breaks without external cause
  • Structural defects in the leather (e.g. tears due to production error)

If a defect is covered by warranty, we will provide free of charge:

  • repair
  • replacement, or
  • refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

What is not covered warranty

The following situations are not under warranty and are considered use or maintenance damage:

  • Discoloration or color transfer due to: dark or colored clothing (such as jeans, jackets, sweaters) color migration from other materials
  • Stains caused by: make-up, perfume, hand cream, alcohol, food or drink, rain, moisture or other liquids
  • Wear due to normal use, such as: scratches, gloss formation, discolouration from light bag wear on corners, handles or shoulder straps
  • Damage due to: overloading of the bagimproper use or maintenanceexternal influences (bumps, falls, friction)
  • Changes in the leather due to sunlight, heat or time
  • Bags that are visibly dirty, stained or intensively worn are

Pay attention to light bags:

Light leather bags are more sensitive to discoloration and stains. Color transfer through clothing or daily use is a known and normal risk of light leather and is not covered by the warranty.

Submit warranty claim

How it works:

  1. Send an email to customerservice@francisbyfb.com.
  2. Add a 360-degree video, a clear description of the problem and your order number starting with # toe.
  3. Our team will assess your request within 1–5 working days.
  4. We will let you know if it is covered by the warranty and discuss the best solution together: repair, replacement or a voucher.
